With International Self-Care Day approaching on 24 July, let's take a look at some ways to enjoy self-care easily at home!
Relaxing in the Tub
Now, I'm not talking any old bath, I'm talking the ultimate bath of relaxation! Get the water running and drizzle in some of your favourite Glam Bubble Bath and pop on some relaxing music to soak away to. Now, lower the lights or why not really set the tone by pairing your bubble bath with a Glam Candle or Wax Melt scent. My perfect combination would be Banana Candy Bubble Bath and a Marshmallow wax melt ~ delicious!!
Enjoying your Favourite Book
Pick a cosy spot, pour yourself a cuppa, get a relaxing wax melt burning (my go-to would be Rose Water), cuddle up and loose yourself in your favourite rom-com or mythical land!
Get your Bake on!
Whether it is some delicious Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, a fresh load of bread or a traditional Victoria Sponge ~ baking can really help soothe the soul! Don't fancy getting your hands dirty?
