What is your wax made of?
We use soy wax made of high quality which gives great scent release. We also use wax friendly dye and glitter to add extra sparkle to our wax!
How do I use a wax melt?
Our segment pots are designed to easily snap away, giving you 6 individual segments to be melted. One segment should give off around 9 hours worth of scent release. You can use either an electric or tealight burner but we recommend tealight burners as they reach hotter temperatures so provide better scent release.

When can I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days. We lovingly hand pour in small batches which can cause time delays during busy periods.
How will you send my order?
Orders are sent via standard 48 hour postage with the Royal Mail. This does not require a signature at delivery, however the parcel is too big for your letterbox and you are not home at time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing how to collect your items.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If you are unhappy with your item or there is a fault, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the issue. Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery and must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the unwanted items. Sadly items that have started to be used cannot be returned.
How do I use Klarna?
We have partnered with Klarna who are a Swedish payment service provider. Klarna take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 60 million consumers worldwide in over 75,000 e-stores and are very safe to use. Klarna is one of Europe’s leading alternative payment providers.
When shopping with us you can now pay the way you want with Klarna. It's up to you whether you prefer to pay right away, pay later or pay over time.
Please remember to spend responsibly - splitting payments can encourage further spending and cause debt.
Ways to pay with Klarna include:
Pay in 30 days get your Glam Wax haul, then pay for it later. This option allows you to get up to 30 days to pay after purchase. This product is completely interest free and there are no late fees applied.
Pay in 3 instalments allows you to spread the cost over three equal monthly instalments for their product. All you have to do is select Pay in 3 at checkout and the first instalment will be taken when your order is confirmed. The second and third instalments will be taken 30 and 60 days after purchase and you can monitor the payment schedule using the Klarna app. This product is completely interest free and there are no late fees applied.
What do I need to do when placing a Klarna order?
Simply select Klarna at checkout. Enter your details and you'll know instantly if you're approved. You will then receive a statement from Klarna with all details.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you must be 18+ and a UK resident, and you need to provide your mobile phone number and your e-mail address. Your mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you provide the correct details, otherwise, you will not receive the payment information and will be liable for late payment fees.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
If you choose the option ‘Pay in 3’, Klarna will automatically attempt to collect the payment for your ‘Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments’ purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. However, should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will send you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment, plus, you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience.
If you choose the option ‘Pay in 30 days’, payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we’ll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll send you a text or letter, too.
Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ or ‘Pay later in 30 days’ products, even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to pay on time, you will be in default, and may be unable to use Klarna’s services in the future. Failure to make payment on time could result in your debt being passed to a debt collection agency, so please spend responsibly.

Yep. Just go to the Klarna app or log in to Klarna.com/uk to make a payment.
