If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 14 days of receiving your deivery, by contacting us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or on Facebook or Instagram and a friendly member of our team will do their best to rectify anything that's gone wrong.
To verify your refund we will need your order number or proof of purchase. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used when originally purchasing. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning unwanted items. Please ensure you use a trackable service and keep proof of postage as we cannot refund orders without receiving the item back to us. Once we have received the returned items, refunds will be processed within three working days.
