Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We experience a high volume of messages on Instagram and cannot guarantee these will be seen or actioned. Please allow 1 working day for a reply although we try our hardest to answer emails as quickly as we can.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. Item must be in it's original condition and packaging. The customer has 14 days to request a refund from receiving their order. All goods will be inspected upon return. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We can only accept returns for orders placed via our website.
You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
