Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. This does not apply to faulty items.

We experience a high volume of messages on our social media accounts so therefore, cannot guarantee these will be seen or actioned. We try our hardest to answer emails as quickly as we can but do ask that you allow 2 working days for a response before chasing.
Used Items - We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. so please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer has 14 days to request a refund from the date that they receive their order. All goods will be inspected upon return before a refund is issued. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We can only accept returns for orders placed via our website.
How to Return - You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.
Delivery charges - Our original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Sale items - Only full priced items may be refunded, therefore any items purchased in any of our sales are non-refundable.
