Gift cards are delivered by email (how handy!) and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. The only question that remains is - what will they buy?
Delivery
Delivery costs £3.75 for all orders.
We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days. We lovingly hand pour in small batches which can cause time delays during busy periods.
Orders are sent via standard 48 hour postage with the Royal Mail. This does not require a signature at delivery, however if the parcel is too big for your letterbox and you are not home at time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing how to collect your items.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item or there is a fault, please email help@glamwax.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving delivery and must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the unwanted items. Sadly items that have started to be used cannot be returned.
